No hardworking recognition Bad leads/managers Ideas and suggestions never been heard Bureaucracy Unrealistic goals leads to a highly stressful toxic environment No real vision or plan but still keep hiring more people Makes A LOT of wrong hires when they pride themselves about cultural fit Poor career management

Bad leadership in tech

Flexible work arrangement. Good salary compared to others in the market. Training budget is available.

Cons

Bad/Incompetent Head of Engineering Too much of red tape for a small Engineering team Your suggestions are not welcomed You have to please your tech leaders to get promoted Toxic tech culture

- worked with kind people - pay was reasonable

Cons

- deep rooted cultural issues and biases - poor management - hired people who weren’t what the teams needed - social events revolved around alcohol
