Pros
Prospa has continuously been recognised on the Great Place to Work list for a number of years and after working here, I can see why!
- The CEO and co-founder, Greg and co-founder Beau, are both personable and passionate about the business
- Whilst there is hierachy and levels of seniority as with any organisation, this isn't felt at Prospa as red tape or that you can't speak to someone because of XYZ reason. Any member of the executive or leadership team (or anyone in any department really) are happy for a hallway chat, banter or even brainstorm with you to solve problems
- The perks and benefits are well thought out with the employee experience front of mind
- Great work life balance in my team (can't speak for other teams)
- There is a clear vision and direction for the company and the goals set by the company tie into this. Everyone knows what's on the horizon and what they need to do in their roles to get there
Cons
- Not a con but with the business moving from 2 to 3 'collaboration in office days' - it would be good if two days were set and the last day was flexible at a team or individual level.
