- Horrible culture, rampant discrimination and favoritism at middle managers level to the ground level. If you disagree or have a different opinion , wait until the review period for 'silent' repurcussions. - Middle managers spent decades in company, well versed in office politics - HR remains toothless in engineering company, HR campaign for LGBTQ support and minority support on social media are naive at the best, and sham on the worst side.Most of employees in my division doesn't care about the values preached by HR.
