      -- Best in class benefits compared to industry peers -- Lot of freedom to do your job, participate in cross functional projects & opportunity to learn cutting edge technology

      Cons

      -- Nothing I can think of. Company is getting big, so you may not have same opportunities to get to work on important projects as 10 years back. You have to have some patience & earn that opportunity

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
