Business outlook
Pros
A decent employer, with high benefits. Excellent people to work with. San Diego :-) Many projects, some are very interesting. People can shift between projects.
Cons
Not very sexy. The core business is hardware and patents. Mobile apps and such are regarded as a sidekick and never get much attention / funding. Lot of corporate management stuff like long meetings. I would expect it in any company of such size.
