      Pros

      Tremendous (and accelerated!) learning: The company is very fast-paced and challenging, there is also a lot of autonomy and ownership in the role. Talented Team: My direct team is full of passionate, intelligent, and driven individuals who are also very patient and supportive. There is a healthy pressure to put out quality work because everyone is giving their best.

      Moves fast, "always-on" culture may see burnout as a real concern,

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
