      Talented and ambitious colleagues, modern tech stack, and a lot of ownership from day one. The pace is fast but you learn quickly, ship real features to millions of users, and engineering quality is taken seriously. Good environment for growing as an iOS developer

      Cons

      The pace can be intense and the bar is high, so the first weeks take some adjusting. A fair amount of process and internal tooling to learn early on

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
