Pros

- Good product - Nice people - Good base salary

Cons

- 4 jobs in 1 : 98% of outbound prospection (BDR) + demos products (Consultant) + closing of deals (Sales) + onboarding of clients very painful & AM - lack of tech stacks / tools to make your prospection qualitative & easier - Lot of activities to do by day (more than 100e touch points between cold calls, email, linkedIn... ) and review of this activities every morning by the manager - Business model and commission plan not ideal - it takes months (6/8 months min) to receive bonus

Pros

+ Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

Cons

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
