It really depends on the team you will be allocated in as a data analyst. The central data team is great and is a real data team. If you are allocated in a business team the problem begins, they will treat you as a business analyst, the magician that should know and solve anything no matter how. Also be careful on which type your team is composed of, my team was an investment team (traders) so you can imagine which type of culture they have (expecting you to work lots of unpaid extra hours and during the weekends). All the comments about the culture here in Glassdoor are true, so think well, maybe having a lower salary and healthy environment is better than having a bit higher salary. There are great teams and people there tho, unhaply I was allocated in one of the worst/toxic existent. Ask them in the interview about the person that was occupying the position and why it is open, maybe if realise in time you can refuse the team and being relocated to another in the hiring process.
