- Impossible targets - No human dimension - Burnout culture - push until people break, they will be replaced anyway. - If you do well then they are willing to break the protocol to promote you, if you are performing normally (i.e. doing great but not burnt out) then you can wait minimum 1.5 years before any promotion... Incredibly dismotivating
