Pros
After being employed for nearly 3 years at Robert Half, I can honestly say it is the best company I have ever worked for. I was quite nervous when I first joined, however I was made to feel valued and welcomed from day one. I quickly learned that company culture is something Robert half take pride in, which was a breath of fresh air. The training I received was phenomenal, and the time taken to assist each individual employee was very noticeable. We had weekly meetings with managers and occasionally with the directors which was really insightful and helpful. The directors and managers go out of their way to help every single employee develop their skills and work on any weaknesses they may have. There was never a point where I felt undervalued, even if had performed poorly for a month or when I requested to attend specific training sessions to brush up on certain skills after a number of months/years with the company. We had monthly sales days, which not only were super productive, but actually something I looked forward to. The directors and managers always got involved and made the sessions genuinely enjoyable (The St. Patrick’s day sales day this year was especially fun!). There is a real emphasis on work-life balance and they are very flexible e.g. if you need to leave early for an appointment, pick up kids or go to the gym etc, Robert Half will do their best to work around your schedule. Unfortunately, I had to leave as I relocated, however I would strongly recommend Robert Half to anyone who wants a progressive career at an ethical company where the well being of their staff comes first. I made some lifelong friends, made some great memories, and gained invaluable experience in the recruitment industry.
Cons
I cannot fault Robert Half.
