Pros

If you thrive in a competitive, sales driven environment, then definitely consider a recruiter or biz dev position with The Creative Group. If you perform well, and meet your gross margin sales figures, you will be compensated generously. Most 'experienced' employees (tenure of 12+ months) are making six figure salaries. As a division of Robert Half International, the employee benefits are stellar and the company one of the most stable in the staffing industry.

Cons

Be prepared to be measured only by the amount of money you bring in on a monthly basis. This is a sales organization and if you do not perform you will be let go. The environment is very corporate in nature, and although they do try to mentor new employees, the ones that thrive are self-driven go getters motivated by the big paycheck they get in return for their hard work. In other words, a very specific type of person tends to do well in this company, so you end up with groups of people who all think, talk, walk alike. That doesn't always make for the most inclusive or innovative company.

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
