Pros
Their pay checks didn't bounce
Cons
I was forced out because I wasn't 24, blonde and looked good in a skirt - when I refused to resign they took away my benefits and commissions and made me an hourly contractor so they would not have to pay me the commission they owed me, Then they released me from my in-house Contract assignment the day before Thanksgiving. I noticed that every other employee in the office was in their mid to late 20's with an average tenure of less than 6 months. The average employee had either been selling cars or housewares in their most previous position. The most common thing I remember being said in my 20 months in the office was "change the door code." In the time I was there they went through 59 employees in that office alone. Interestingly enough, the two that were hired to take my place lasted less than 6 months, and were replaced by those who were there an even shorter period of time.
