Pros
Good training. You'll be put on a treadmill to learn hardcore recruiting.
Cons
Corrupt management. Lower level managers have access to commission software and literally steal from their recruiters to boost their numbers. Ten hours a day on a treadmill. You will not learn the business just your niche. Recruiters are called hamsters. Turnover is huge but intentional. Any future temp revenue derived from the former employee is turned over to the house. The Regional Director uses this account as a slush fund to cover weak areas or to reward a "favored" employee. Hellish open plan environment with distractions everywhere. Hard to hear yourself on the phone.
