Pros
Well-known within the industry. Sometimes that is a con, but RHI does provide candidates with better benefits than most other staffing firms. Because of their national and international presence, it is always possible to transfer, though internally posted jobs aren't always open or real, making this process difficult.
Cons
Completely technologically backward. They are so bent on having employees tethered to their desks, that it is discouraged by management (and not very technologically possible) to ever work from home, even for a few hours. RHI does not in any way support a good work-life balance, except in the case of senior management in regional offices. Though 2 measly weeks of vacation is allotted to every employee, everyone feels too guilty to actually take the time off. Asking for a few hours in the middle of a day for a doctors appointment when you are clearly sick is enough to get the office gossips going about your lack of commitment.
