Culture. With a tougher market the game plan is KPIs and constant meetings multiple times a day about activity. No creativity.
Poor pay. Salaries are below market rate as is the bonus scheme. Makes it very hard to get in to bonus.
Lack of strategy. Discussing targets is not strategic.
Constant buzz words/phrases. Everyone cringes at the sayings.
The boss milks attention and abuses his position especially with female staff.
