Pros
Once you're in, there's a ton of areas to advance. Pay is very good, benefits are excellent. This is a solid company and the experience you gain speaks for itself when you decide or have to take work someplace else.
Cons
The Swiss like their money; you are only a number and when the bottom line numbers are not met, then you realize how "valuable" you are as an employee. Hit and miss top level management. The good realized that it was time to leave several years ago. The bad found a way to stay.
