      Good company that really takes care of their employees. Works is really interesting with different technically challenging projects. Interesting domain. Lots of outreach opportunities if you look for them You can have many different careers while working for one company

      Difficult and overcomplicated processes. Decisions take a long time to be taken An any big company politics play a big role

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
