      Pros

      Great work culture and fantastic environment. The inclusivity is undeniable and teamwork is encouraged across the globe.

      Cons

      - Poor structure post transformation - A little play of favoritism based on region (common excuse is time difference) - Little to zero growth structure for certain roles (remote/individual contributors) - Constant change in middle management - Structural gap between teams which make processes and deliverables hard to measure

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
