Pros
You make hourly + commission which for top performers can be 70-80k (not bad for an entry position), the coworkers and direct managers are all nice & the benefits arent bad
Cons
The head office pushes so many ridiculous initiatives on us that are completely out of touch with the actual sales environment in our day to day. The work environment has significantly gone downhill in the 2 years I’ve worked here. Head office is makes you do all these useless tasks that dont help you sell and only make the job less fun and more tedious
