The Employee Share program, they match 50% so if you 10% of pay buying shares, they give 5%. That is max for employer contribution.
Cons
Upper management constantly changing, lost track of who was who and who did what. They didn't know what my team really does and implemented ridiculous changes. They pretend they care about employee feedback but they don't demonstrate it.
