Teams and company is badly managed. No proper processes in place. Managers are nice but cannot manage team properly. Wrong people getting promoted for the wrong reasons and so don't know how to manage a team and can't help or do the day to day job! Focusing on the wrong issues. Issues with processes and workload are not being fully resolved and give workarounds instead. Employees concerns are not heard. Connections will help you with promotion more than actual workload.
