Pros

• Great teammates: You get to work with talented and driven colleagues, which makes for a strong learning and growth environment. • Flexible work culture: Remote-friendly, with flexible working hours and good work-life balance overall. • Global exposure: With teammates and customers across multiple countries, you naturally develop a global mindset and improve cross-cultural communication. • Modern tech stack: Opportunity to work on technically challenging problems using up-to-date infrastructure and tools. • Open communication: The company fosters a relatively flat hierarchy where sharing opinions is encouraged.

Cons

• Shifting priorities: Due to the startup nature, priorities can change frequently, leading to frequent context switching. • Decision-making process: In some teams, decision-making can be slow or unclear, and ownership isn’t always well defined. • Career path clarity: Some roles may lack clearly defined growth trajectories, which can be a challenge for long-term planning. • Timezone challenges: Working across multiple time zones sometimes means odd meeting hours and can be tiring. English communication is essential and can be a hurdle for some.

Pros

We are super supported to upskill with AI. There is a ton of buzz and everyone moves fast and helps each other out. Great benefits, smart and engaged teammates, and lots of fun engagement each week.

Cons

We are in a super fast paced mode right now. That's not for everyone but if you know how to keep pace in a start up while and are good at making the right kind of waves, you will love it here!

Pros

Most of the people who remain are genuinely smart, capable, and great to work with

Cons

Depleted product team - a high majority of the team left over a 4 month span No sales pipeline and empty marketing funnel Upper management will seek help with projects only to put the blame on you so they can terminate you Broken processes everywhere - no type of transition to cover those who have departed over the years Inner circle - most people are not part of the club. You’ll get blamed for their mistakes. AI productivity measurement - we are asked to use AI tools and are measured based on our token usage. Nothing else matters except how much we use AI. Not sales, not pipeline, only how much can we seek to replace our own jobs Lack of job security - veterans of many years were terminated with no transition. Promises of them being replaced with more capable and skilled leaders were all lies.
