Pros

Great Benefits 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday, they pay for A+ and Net + Certifications

Cons

If you are new to the industry it can be hard to get another tech onsite to help if needed, but they do train extensively before putting you on a route. You drive your personal car, but they tell you that up front, so the mileage can add up in a large territory

Racial Slurs, Homophobics Slurs, Constant lies, Bullying, unprotected territories, preferential treatment for boot lickers, constant infighting between operations and sales, misleading customers.
