Pros
Excellent benefits and very communicative and supportive management team. Employees are given the opportunity to expand their knowledge and opportunities by attending colleges and courses of their choice, all with tuition assistance. I could not possibly be happier and more fulfilled than doing what I am doing now for the company that I am most fortunate to work for in these past 25 years!
Cons
It was disappointing that Sharp disbanded their security robotics endeavors back in 2018, however, true to Sharp taking excellent care of its employees, I am now serving in a separate role within the Sharp organization and loving every moment of it!
