A company with a great and proud history; very interesting and challenging future pushing the energy transition, if Shell grasps it and moves to become a true energy company rather than hooked on hydrocarbons; whatever the problem, will always invest in a world-class solution; wealth of opportunities; very collaborative and respectful culture
Cons
Very slow to manoeuvre - can be hard work getting anything to change; complex internal politics exacerbated by regular reorganisations; constant merry-go-round of internal resourcing in order to find your next role, instead of solid talent and career management
