Good company who values employees. Provide good benefits and mental health support if needed. Clear objectives and clear company policies for support Well positioned in the industry Probably one of the best majors to land in.
Cons
Salary about 15-20% lower then industry. Some departments are toxic, and when there toxic they are very toxic. But some departments are great, depends where you land. Avoid Lubes!
