Pros
Plenty of technical knowledge to be picked up, some very smart people still avalable, good procedures, solid project management system
Cons
Limited career development if you are not Dutch or Brit, too much in your carrier depends on how good your line manager and HR focal point are, very slow and inflexible in decision making, lack of skilled and experienced managers who think of their own interests only after team and companies interests are met.
