      Pros

      People are Shell's greatest assets, I learned a lot working there. I made some great contacts.

      Cons

      It is very hard to advance. Raises were limited and the pension is only good if you work over 10 years. Stability is absent. Having re-orgs every other year is very unsettling.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
