Pros
I had worked in their shared services centre in south east Asia. Given an opportunity, I would be happy to go work for them again. The reasons are: 1) A value driven company. Everyone is equally respected. 2) A strong safety culture. They focus on employee safety all the time. Even managers and colleagues demonstrate this caring outlook. 3) DIversity and Inclusion. A lot of support to employee networks to celebrate their unique differences. It is not a melting pot culture. You are accepted with your identity and culture.
Cons
As much as I love the organization, there are few areas that we can do better: 1) Being more open to ideas by the existing employees to the newly joined. To think beyond "shell ways of working" and being more receptive to ideas for improvement. 2) There is a lot of focus on using internal training programs to develop employees. I believe that we can send employees out for external training.
