Pros

I have been in StoreHub for 3 months and just past my probation date. My team leader and all of my colleague is really helpful. I admit working here is not easy. Every month, we will have 1:1 session with my team leader to review on my performance, discuss on the challenges that i've been facing and what we can do to overcome that challenge. Eventho i just work here in 3 month, there are so many thing that my team leader and my colleague help me to improve to be who i really am today which is better and better than before.

Cons

If you're looking for a comfortable working environment without involving any self-development. Storehub is definitely not for you.

Hi there, We are pleased to know that you’ve been benefiting from the help of your teammates and team leader. We know that there’s incredible value in receiving regular feedback that is specific and candid - hence, StoreHub’s cadence of monthly 1:1s between Coach and Player. It’s great to hear that within three months, you’ve already noticed that you’re an improved version of yourself! Our goals are ambitious, which also demands dedicated time for self-reflections and feedback sessions. Development is not just about learning, it’s about actually changing, which is challenging, uncomfortable, and also highly rewarding. This work environment is best suited for people like yourself, who are ready and willing to be on this growth journey. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences. We’re excited to keep growing with you too!

Pros

- Great learning experience if your Coach is patient & willing to guide. - People on the ground are talented, hardworking, eager to help. - A place to start-up your career for sure. - Salary remuneration is on par with industry standards.

Cons

Let’s get to the good part: - the type of benefits that matter, like medical insurance for dependents, is not high on the list of priorities. - career progression is not great for certain roles. - there is a lot of cultural brainwash and trying to be different from corporate companies. Top management does not practice what they preach. They do what they like because they can. - something you thought was a favour to someone else, will eventually become your job scope under the term “ad-hoc tasks” so you can’t argue with it. - The priority is for you to achieve goals and targets. Your health, well-being, etc. no one cares. It is deemed a you problem not a company problem. - there are some great leaders. They will fight for you. There are some not so great, who should never lead people but should focus on their own talents. Who promoted them? God knows.
