Pros

Okay pay & plenty of hours available. Completely remote.

Cons

So confusing to work for. I was under a contract with a company that was apparently notoriously bad. I was expected to do a lot as a customer service agent, but it was not made clear what the company we worked for wanted us to tell their customers. Kind of a nightmare. Would possibly be better with another contract.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Cons

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
