Pros

Incredibly easy job. They hire good people as agents.

Cons

Rules apply to some and not others. Don’t go above and beyond because they will just take advantage of you aka not pay you more. Also the pay for the role is well below average. At least the project I was a part of had no future for work from home. Which is silly because for that low level of pay and after commuting, you are making barely above minimum wage. The tobacco surcharge is ridiculous. They double bill you on it and then never return the money.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
