Different amount of pay for training, leadership is ALWAYS changing and no clear answers to questions and concerns about pay, bonuses, incentives, and help with customer issues.

Back to back calls but is manageable.

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
