      Pros

      There are a few good people at TeleTech. Unfortunately most of the good ones either leave or have never worked anywhere else so they have no comparative view of what things could be like.

      Cons

      Ken T. is a silly, albeit filthy rich leader. He is fixated on driving stock price since he owns over 65% of the company. His derogatory approach to most people is insulting. He does not value his employees and thinks of them only as what he can get from them.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
