Working at home, zero commute, no extra work wordrobe

A lot of sign in's to several programs before you can clock in. Usually takes a half hour. Sometimes it's hard getting a managers help and you can't put the customer on hold

Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months

Leadership never on same page
Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
