Pros

- Pay is above the average for the place I live in. - Work hours flexibility - Continuous education is awesome.

Cons

- Cab service at night was pushed to 12 midnight for all G&A. When working late shifts and most here have multiple public transportation segments, you at times might not find public transportation available at the other end of the second segment. Cab services for G&A should be brought back to 11 or 10 pm.

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
