Pros
At Teletech you get the opportunity to work with many different people. It's environment is great, the areas are clean, and most important of all the benefits we get for being part of the company are great. Our management work day in and day out to help us feel comfortable and get the most benefits to ensure we get treated the way we should.
Cons
Its unfortunate they have taken some bonuses away from our monthly pay. I was looking forward earning this challenger throughout my experience as Team Building Development however, I am taking all the experience I can take and looking forward towards the future when I will be applying for a different position.
