Pros

in teletech the payday is always on time, sometimes even earlier. team meeting once or twice a week is held within your shift and not after so you wont have to stay an extra time after your shift.

Cons

i have been working in teletech for 2-3 yrs now and basic salary has not increased yet. so your 13th month pay is the same as the newbies and your loan max is always gonna be the same

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
