      I Love working for Teletech because of several awesome different reasons.... 1. The People/Co-workers are always friendly and make you feel like family 2. The bosses, managers, directors and all management staff are always their to help. 3. Their is always an opportunity to Grow 4. Their is always something new to learn and to gain from it.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
