Cons
Hc is located in the Philippines and they Have no idea what’s going on with American employees. There are not any hr people on site. There is a lot of favoritism in the morgantown facility and if you complain about it they find a reason to terminate you. Promotions are not based on actual knowledge or skill. Promotions are based on who you know or who you are friends with. They always promote the laziest people to higher up positions and ridicule the hard workers. Working for this company is a joke to future employers. They don’t think the experience you had working there was valuable and so new employers refuse to hire you. Do yourself a favor and collect a free paycheck for training and then quit.
