      Pros

      Was an easy job itself. Steady income. Set schedule. They offered benefits. They try to help employees stay healthy. Easy to get days off work.

      Cons

      Cap out raises at 10.00 for USAA side. So no room to be successful with career unless moving up to management. Company isn't too great about getting stuff done for employees in timely manor.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.
