Pros
The best part of this job was the fact that I worked from home and it gave me some experience I needed in terms of call-center type jobs that I needed to move forward in my career. The training was pretty easy as well. This job is better suited for someone who just really needs a part-time job; maybe someone who is an undergraduate student.
Cons
The scheduling is not very flexible. They will change your work schedule without too much notice. Also you don't really work the 20 or so hours you are scheduled, unless the call volume is up. So you may end up having to pick up other people's shifts. Also, you never really receive any feedback on how to improve or develop your skills.
