      Pros

      Good working conditions, On Site management really seems to care about the people, of course the bottom line is to make money.. its a business after-all.. but I really love my job and the people I work with. I also like that they promote wellness!

      Cons

      Pay. there should be incremental increases at least once a year if you are performing as or better than expected.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
