Good at first - Fraud Analyst TTEC Employee Review

After getting hired several people from ttec sent out emails changing the training dates and timeframe everyone in our class expected a few weeks we only got 5 days. Over half the waves quit. The equipment shows up late and the actually training part for the job doesn’t start until you hit the phones.They only show you classes for how TTEC does business nothing for the actual job with the contractor. The nesting process I got it down quickly, the systems never work right and prepare to keep putting the customer on hold because you don’t have access to systems only the higher ups do.I get cussed at everyday and we have to just deal with it I’m sick and tired of getting complaints from the team my personal trainer was wonderfully but the job “helpers” are miserable people. Beware, the pay is 15$ you only bring home $100 a day. To get holiday pay you have to work 40hours a week the day before, day of holiday and day after. If any equipment malfunctions it’s on you.Trainers are amazing team leads give false information and are not probably trained on current policies.
