Pros

WFH options are great, and if you do well on your assigned project, you have the opportunity to become a FT employees, which includes benefits. The best part of working here are the people...and friends that I've made.

Cons

Rules change according to project and supervisors. There's been a TON of turnover for multiple reasons in the past 12 months. There's more, however overall, this is one of the better places I've worked.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
