work form home will work with you on your schedule if need be

very ery low pay for the work that is done no room for growth by pay or position. tech issues that may notbe your fault have to deal with some rudely customers whch are actully not all real customers some of which are the upper management or tls who use fake profiles from fb users to call and act as angry customers that will call you out of your name all day. back to back to beliittle and emabarrase you constant invasion of your screen while working which will cause your system to act up and you are to blame no recognition for agetns who do try and may not be the popular ones only calls that are heard are the bad ones no good calls are ever brough up for some agents

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
