Pros
Having printed circuit board background would be preferred, but the company is willing to hire those who doesn't have a PCB background. They are willing to train. There are a lot of great people who was willing to teach and help you.
Cons
Low wages - do not pay you market value - a raise is very rare. Overwork employees - once they know that you can do well in multiple tasks, they will overflow you with a lot of work rather than hire more people to grow the team just so the company can save on cost. Bad management - managers will not defend you. It's like playing the blame game. They will point fingers and blame you when things go wrong rather than work together as a team to find a solution. There is no career growth or path for you. No work/life balance - very stressful and demanding This place is more of a stepping stone. You're better off with another company in terms of salary and career advancement.
