Pros
Pay is okay, you can usually ask for more overtime hours if you need extra $.
Cons
There are plenty of challenges, most have already been mentioned in other reviews. To add one more:: you do get PTO, and it's a "use it or lose it" model. However, if you don't have any PTO (because you used it so you wouldn't lose it) and something out of your control comes up requiring you to miss work (i.e. sick, family emergency, etc), it will go against your attendance record which could lead to being fired. In other words, you can't take an unpaid day off for any reason. It's mind boggling, really. This: as long as you have the mentality that you are a "robot" and not a thinking person, you might be okay here. Don't care about the issues--you can't fix them anyways. Don't over think it--you are a robot and not paid to think (no one cares what you think, anyways). Don't take anything personally, and don't expect to be recognized or advance in the company. Minimum effort & quality is all that is expected or required. Just keep your head down and do the work as best you can. Punch the clock and go home, it's a paycheck and nothing more.
