Pros
Great people, fast paced. A lot of great benefits. Great health insurance, stock options, free food and great parties. Everyone is helpful and willing to help. It feel like you a part of a family.
Cons
Scrappy, a lot of systems are still not automated and it causes extra work. There is a lot of room for improvement and there do not seem to be resources for those improvements. Most teams are understaffed. Underpaid.
